Clone Down Tool

The clone down tool provides a ServiceNow development team the ability to automatically back up update sets after a clone down is scheduled. What we end up doing is taking all current “In Progress” update sets and notify the ServiceNow development team that their update sets are backed up and an attachment is attached to email as well.
